The tentative schedule is as follows and is subject to change:
4:30 p.m. – Cocktail Reception & Silent Auction
5:30 p.m. – Dinner
6:30 p.m. – Live Auction
8:30 p.m. – Musical Performance
Registration Information
If registering for one or more tables, AGC of Texas staff will send you a table registration form at a later date so that you can provide the names of your attendees.
If registering for a live or silent auction item sponsorship, AGC of Texas staff will follow up with you to receive more information about your item.
The attendee information selected for either of the above items when registering will be the point of contact AGC of Texas staff reaches out to about the table form and/or the auction items. Please register the person you would like staff to contact on these items as the "Registration Contact" and as "Attendee #1".
Room Block Information
The link to the room block at the Hyatt is included in your confirmation email that will be sent when you register for the event.
