Area Chair Scott Blanchard has scheduled the Beaumont Area Forecast Meeting for Tuesday, November 19, 2024. The meeting will be held at Courville’s, located at 1744 Rose Lane in Beaumont.

Contractors will meet at 10:30AM. TxDOT will join the contractors’ meeting at 11AM. Associates and remaining TxDOT staff will join everyone for lunch starting at 11:30AM.

After lunch, TxDOT and other local agencies will present their proposed construction schedules for next year. Please RSVP by November 18th.
